Nicola's was founded in August of 2003. In 2004 a dash of Greek was added and Nicola's is now owned & operated by Steve & Nicola Nick.

Everything is being freshly prepared in our tiny kitchen, just as it was done in Italy. We feel to keep our food original, it can not be rushed.
